Lost Lands

Lost Lands is set in the aftermath of a mythological apocalypse that has literally sent Britain back to the Dark Ages. The Green Man rules over the country, returning the towns and cities and motorways to their pre-industrial state. Extinct beasts such as wolves and bears stalk the forests and primitive outposts have appeared, populated by violent savages.

This is also a land where magic is practiced and the belief in mythological beasts and supernatural phenomena is unquestionable. Where tales of abduction by fairies or possession by demons are taken as read.

With social media a thing of the past our stories are passed along through word of mouth and recorded on paper.

Great Britain has become a lost land. In its place is a lawless green hell populated by giants, witches and trolls.

The Barghest stalks the Yorkshire Dales, Will-o’-the-Wisp leads unwary travellers to their deaths in the Norfolk Broads, Robin Hood, with his Merry Men, patrols Sherwood Forest and the Devil leaves his hoofprints across the land.
